My Book Report for Young Kids

One sheet with fill in the blank boxes to write about the book the student read. It asks Who, What, Where, How, When, and Why.
It has been a great tool for my 1st grader to practice writing and comprehension along with reading her daily books.

I hope it is helpful to you as well for your homeschool student or child who needs to improve their comprehension skills and writing skills. This is a great addition to any curriculum to enhance the desire to read a book every day.

This is a digital 1 sheet, 1 sided word document in PDF format. The student can take the information asked and write a paragraph summary about the book on the back.
